Summary

Fulfilling the HMI screen needs for customer’s Baghouse, ITG successfully designed, mapped, tested, and installed the required screens. We're pleased to have delivered this essential project in alignment with the scheduled outage at the end of January 2021, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Proposed Solution and Deliverables

Guided by 11 images provided by Customer, ITG efficiently developed a total of 13 HMI screens for the Baghouse. These screens were carefully integrated with the required tags and were installed during the planned outage, adhering to the project's tight timeline.

Detailed Discovery Trip

A thorough onsite discovery trip was carried out to understand the specific requirements and challenges associated with the Baghouse.

Data Mapping

A complete mapping of relevant data was conducted to ensure seamless integration with the developed HMI screens.

HMI Design

ITG created the HMI design comprising 13 screens, well within the not-to-exceed limit of 15 total screens. The design was fully aligned with the guidelines provided by Customer.

SAT Development

A Site Acceptance Test (SAT) was meticulously developed and successfully executed.

Start-Up Installation and Test Communications

We ensured the HMI screens were correctly installed and initiated, and all necessary communications tests were conducted to verify flawless operation.

Functional Testing of Screens

Each of the 13 HMI screens underwent rigorous functional testing to confirm their reliability and effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

User Training

An 8-hour comprehensive training session was held for end-users to familiarize them with the new HMI screens.

System Documentation

Complete documentation was provided, including user manuals, technical specs, and maintenance guidelines, to enable easy future reference and servicing.
