Introduction

ITG Technologies is delighted to announce the successful completion of our collaborative project with top north American food & beverage company. This endeavor comprised four key optimization projects using the SORBA.ai IIoT/AI Machine Learning platform. As outlined in our initial Scope of Work (SOW), we met the outlined objectives within the projected deadline.

Summary

Customer sought ITG's expertise for the execution of four pivotal SORBA optimization projects: Pasteurizer Smart Energy AI, Brew Kettle Density AI, Fermentation Monitoring, and Yeast Separator Logic. ITG supplied the required resources for implementation and training, fulfilling the project's scope.

Scope of Work

Pasteurizer Smart Energy AI

• Installed and configured the Sorba Machine Learning MES production application.

• Achieved the goal of accurately predicting future energy KPIs related to Brewing and Packaging.

Brew Kettle Density AI

• Developed and implemented a model to determine and measure the evaporation rate in brew kettles, thereby enabling adjustments to increase yield.

Yeast Separator Logic

• Utilized historical data to analyze, build models, and recommend changes that improved the yield from yeast separators while reducing process variance.

Gap Setting Mills AI Analysis & Refrigeration Energy Reduction APC

• Engaged two new resources who became proficient in the SORBA.ai platform.
• Accomplished the goal of reducing energy consumption in refrigeration at eight facilities through Coefficient of Performance (COP) improvement projects.

• Trained two new resources who were self-reliant and well-versed in the SORBA.ai platform.
• These resources were engaged in refrigeration projects, configuring SORBA tags, training SORBA Machine Learning models, and building SORBA Dashboards.

Training and Onboarding

• Provided extensive training for the two new resources, ensuring they were ready for future engagements with Anheuser Busch or other projects.
